Terms of Service

1. The Service

NNC Restore lets you upload old, damaged or faded photographs and have them processed by an artificial intelligence model. The model attempts to repair damage, reduce noise, recover detail and, where applicable, add colour. The restored result is stored in your account so you can view and download it.

The service is provided online only. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve quality, control cost or comply with the law.

Restoration is AI-assisted. We work to keep the important things faithful — faces, identity, the number of people, composition and framing. However, because the result is reconstructed by an AI model, small details (fine textures, tiny text or logos, and exact shades of colour) may differ slightly from the original, and results are not guaranteed to be a pixel-perfect reproduction. If you are not happy with a result you can run it again.

2. Your Account and Your Responsibilities

To use NNC Restore you need an account. You can sign up with an email address and a password, or through Google sign-in. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services, whichever is higher.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including all photos uploaded through it.
• Tell us immediately at support@nncvision.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent the technical limits of the service, and do not use automated tools to exceed your plan quota.

3. Plans and Monthly Quotas

NNC Restore is sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a fixed number of photo restorations per billing month:

• Basic — $9.99 per month: 5 photos per month.
• Pro — $19.99 per month: 12 photos per month.
• Ultimate — $29.99 per month: 20 photos per month.

Your quota resets at the start of each billing period. Unused photos do not roll over into the following month and have no cash value. One restoration attempt counts as one photo against your quota, including attempts you are not satisfied with. If a restoration fails for a technical reason on our side, contact us and we will restore the credit.

Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may be added at checkout. We may change plan prices or quotas; changes take effect from your next billing period and we will notify you in advance by email.

4. Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access to your remaining quota until then. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not issue partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except where required by law or as described in the refunds section below.

5. Payments

All payments for NNC Restore are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card — a PayPal account is not required. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

We never see or store your full card number — PayPal handles your payment details. Your purchase is also subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is resolved.

Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by writing to us, and you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Restorations you bought as a one-off top-up do not expire and remain available after a subscription ends.

6. Refunds

If a face has changed or the result is unusable, we re-run it free. If it still fails, we refund that photo. We can't refund a successful restoration just because of taste. Your first purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

We also refund when the service did not work as described, for example if a restoration failed due to a fault on our side or you were charged in error. Refund requests should be sent to support@nncvision.com within 30 days of the restoration; the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase, counted from the day of that purchase. Consumers in the European Union and other regions may have additional statutory rights, which these Terms do not limit. Refunds are issued back to the PayPal account or card used for the purchase; PayPal does not return its processing fee to us, and we absorb that cost.

7. Intellectual Property and Your Photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the restored results. We claim no ownership of your images. NNC Vision does not sell, license or publish your photos, and we do not use them for marketing without your separate, explicit written permission.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit and process your photos only for the purpose of delivering the service to you: running the restoration, storing the result in your account and providing support. This licence ends when you delete the photo or your account.

The NNC Restore website, software, branding, text and design remain the property of NNC Vision. Your subscription does not transfer any rights in them to you.

8. Prohibited Use

By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to have it processed. You must not use NNC Restore to:

• Upload photographs belonging to someone else without permission from the rights holder and, where relevant, the people depicted.
• Process illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the competent authorities.
• Create material that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates a real person in a misleading way.
• Produce deceptive imagery presented as a genuine historical or evidentiary record.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or any other third-party rights.
• Resell, sublicense or rebrand the service as your own without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section, without refund.

9. AI Processing and No Guarantee of Results

Restoration is performed by generative artificial intelligence. The model reconstructs missing or damaged parts of an image based on statistical patterns, which means the output is an interpretation, not a factual recovery of the original scene. Colours, facial details, textures and background elements may differ from reality, and results vary with the condition, size and quality of the photo you upload.

We therefore do not guarantee a perfect, accurate or historically faithful outcome, and restored images should not be relied upon as evidence or as an authentic historical record. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NNC Vision is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for loss of data or images. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence, intent, death or personal injury, or the statutory rights of consumers. Please keep your own backup of every original photograph — we are not a backup service.

11. Termination

You may stop using NNC Restore and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that create legal risk for us, or where we are required to do so by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops or as the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email or in the application before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts. We will always try to resolve any issue informally first.
